A CM is a chatroom moderator... basically the people that run the chat rooms... not an online portal... however if you're looking for a good online portal check out http://www.onlinebingoalerts.com... they put up loads of great stories offers and promotions every day so i always check there first for the latest online bingo offers before i play!
