Avatar uploading

When you try and add an avatar from a website by adding the website address, you get an error message... does anyone else get this?

Just check the avatar size and make sure the file you're trying to upload is not bigger than allowed size.

Hmm I thought I was doing it right - it lets me use the exact picture when i download to my computer, then upload it to the forum, but doesnt let me do it from a internet location.
